This production line is used for producing exact small dia. single-wall corrugated pipe whose material is PP, PE, PA and so on. It is a new product designed by ourselves on the basis of experience of producing pipe machinery many years and exporting overseas advanced technology. It fills industry blank of pipe.
Capacity: Single screw extruder,suitable to process PE resin with high capacity,max 1000kg/h.
Diameter:from 16 to 800mm
Adopts reasonable design,absorbing safe producing technology,acquiring CE certificate. This PE pipe
extrusion line can be used in PE large diameter gas and water pipe which have excellent stiffness and
flexibility,heat resistance ,aging resistance to creep deformation,heat-linkage and so on.
So this pipe production line is preferred gas and water pipe for ductwork system between city and its suburb.
Large diameter HDPE pipes start to play very important role in the city water and gas supply systems.
